If your loved one has a memorial at Centennial Park, to create the on-line memorial you must be the Interment Right holder.
Alternatively, If your loved one was cremated at Centennial Park but does not have a memorial here, to create the on-line
memorial you must be the Authorised Person. If you are not the Interment Right holder nor have written authority from the Interment Right holder to create the on-line memorial your submission may be declined.
