Join us for a relaxing morning of Tai Chi in the Park.

Set within our tranquil garden we and the Chinese Welfare Services team are delighted to invite you to a morning of Tai Chi – Meditation in Motion.

Led by Master Hui Yu Chen, join us in this ancient Chinese tradition that has evolved over centuries to become a means of alleviating stress and anxiety.

Numbers are limited and complimentary light refreshments will be served following the Tai Chi session.
