Walking Meditation is a beautiful way to unite body and mind, to connect to the earth and to slow down, allowing inner and outer healing to occur.

In Walking Meditation we are present, we walk just for walking, we breathe with each step consciously and we stop when we feel like stopping. We connect with our ‘Inner Tuition’ – our intuition – and allow the ancient wisdom to come to the surface. Our steps become symbols for our steps in life: being mindful, living peacefully and acting with integrity.
