Enjoy the beauty and serenity of Centennial Park as your day unfolds with gentle yoga movements and guided meditation.

Time: 7.00am – 7.45am
(Arrive at 6.45am for a prompt 7.00am start)
Where: Norman McLeay Centre opposite the Jubilee Chapels Complex
