New Customer Hub at Jubilee Complex

Centennial Park regularly reviews the use of our resources to ensure we effectively meet our community’s needs. We’ve occasionally received feedback from visitors about difficulties in finding their way.

As a result, we’ve been working hard on creating a customer hub at the Jubilee Complex. In late December 2024, our Memorial Sales and Customer Service Teams will relocate from the Administration building to the Jubilee Complex. Collections of ashes appointments, however, will remain at the Administration building.

If you ever forget where to go, don’t worry. Our friendly teams will confirm your appointment location and are always available to assist you around the Park or over the phone. If you have any questions regarding the relocation, please contact our Customer Service Team on 08 8276 6011.
