No Glass Policy

Our stunning botanical grounds are a welcoming sanctuary for all, particularly for the family and friends of those who are commemorated in the Park.

With over 500,000 visitors a year and a caring team onsite, it is our responsibility to ensure the Park is a safe environment for all.

Breakable glass items, such as vases and jars, can pose a risk to visitors and our team, causing potential injury.

To avoid such hazards and in accordance with Clause 2.3.8 in our Operating Policy, as of 3 June, our grounds team will begin removing and recycling glass items from memorial positions.

If you have any glass items at your loved one’s memorial, please remove and replace with our provided flower holders or non-breakable container.
